With fresh hair from a Sunday wash, Monday hairstyling is a simple refresh and go. Still, if the top of my hair is not shaping up as much as I’d like, a half-up hairstyle is my go-to look.
I like to keep it quick in the morning, especially on a Monday! Here are a few ways I’ve styled my half-ups with hair accessories.
Monday Hairstyles
I love styling a simple half-up hairstyle with accessories.
Try using a claw clip, barrette, or just bobby pins!

If you commute to work, another great accessory to try is a volume barrette, as it’s more comfortable when leaning on a headrest. The slightly rounded shape of the barrette allows for move “volume” of hair, which is perfect for wavy and curly hair.
A Half-Up Spiral Bun Hairstyle is another great look with just a few bobby pins. It’ is polished, professional, and matches everything with the hidden bobby pins.
